A couple of years ago I discovered the world of podcasts. It was when I had a job where I had to commute three times per week that I got to listen to inspiring people for free. Today I want to share with you my favorite podcasts so far:
The School of Greatness by Lewis Howes
This podcast is my favorite one. Lewis interviews inspiring people with a powerful message about success, spirituality, passion, relationships, and life. He has interviewed from Brene Brown, Elizabeth Gilbert, Cesar Milan to my favorite reggaeton artist J Balvin.
Where Should We Begin? by Esther Perel
This podcast is very intimate. It follows the real-life therapy sessions of anonymous couples. They talk about sex, infidelity, homosexuality and all about relationships. Through the sessions of the couples, there is a lot that you can pick up and apply to your life.
Unruffled by Janet Lansbury
Janet Lansbury is an expert in Respectful Parenting (RIE). On the podcast, she answers questions from her community regarding parenting. Raising children is hard, but Janet gives helpful tips to create relationships with our children that are full of respect, trust, and love.
Conscious Chatter by Kestrel Jenkins
This podcast is great if you want to start to learn about sustainable fashion. Kestrel talks about sustainable labels, organic materials, fair wages and all about sustainability in fashion. She also interviews interesting people fighting against fast-fashion.
I have a couple of other podcasts that I listen to, but these are the ones I check on a regular basis. Do you have any podcast that I should try out? Let me know in the comments below.
With Love,
Alisson

Ooh I’m always looking for new podcasts! My favorites tend to be the ones that tell a story, rather than the interview-style ones. Right now I am absolutely loving Rough Translation from NPR! They tell thought-provoking stories from around the world. Definitely check it out if you’re looking for something new!
